FAQs :

  1. Is this sleep training? 

    No I don't teach sleep training or crying it out in this class. This class is designed to help you establish healthy sleep habits with gentle practice.

    You’ll include lots of hugs, snuggles, rocking, and baby-wearing, and you’ll establish flexible routines, not rigid schedules.

  2.  I'm exclusively breastfeeding and feeding on demand. Will this class be helpful for me?

    Most definitely! Breastfeeding is hard work and feeding on the demand is a good thing. I'll teach you how to create a predictable rhythm in the day while feeding on demand and such that your baby doesn't rely on the boob each time for sleep.
  3. Will my baby sleep through the night after following the things taught in the class?

    It is unrealistic to expect newborns to sleep for 10-12 hours straight. So I will not make any such promise. but I will promise that your baby will start sleeping for much longer stretches and become easier to settle for sleep with my methods.
  4. My baby is already 2 months old. Will I benefit from this class?

    Yes! You can help your little one establish wonderful sleep skills at any time. Better to start as soon as possible instead of waiting for things to get better on their own. (trust me, they don't!)
